Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Brainary's platform or enrolling in a programme.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing brainary.co or enrolling in a Brainary programme, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Brainary provides live, cohort-based online bootcamps and related educational services. Programme content, schedules, and instructors may be updated to maintain quality. We will notify enrolled students of material changes.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Enrolment and payment
Enrolment is confirmed upon successful payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are stated at the time of purchase. Instalment plans, where offered, must be maintained — failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
5. Refund policy
New enrolments may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than one live session has been attended. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to team@brainaryhq.com. After this period, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, documents, and platform content are owned by Brainary or its licensors. You may use materials for personal learning only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content without written permission.
7. Code of conduct
Students are expected to participate respectfully in live sessions and community spaces. Harassment, discrimination, sharing of login credentials, or attempts to disrupt the learning environment may result in removal from a programme without refund.
8. Limitation of liability
Brainary provides educational services and career support but does not guarantee employment outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brainary is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
